Our first ever interactive workshop was conducted by Jayang Jhaveri (Chair of IHAC) with Dr. Praveena Thodge and covered the essentials of Raaga music in both the Hindustani (North Indian) and Carnatic (South Indian) genres. It also featured live performances by Praveena and local talent Kaustubh Paranjape. An audience of over 100 participants attended to share our thoughts on music. The workshop was presented in collaboration with the Consul General of India in Hong Kong, and was presided by Acting Consul General Ms. Mrinalini Shrivastava.
